By entering this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions: This competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 and over. Employees of Petworld, their families, agents, or anyone else associated with this competition are not eligible to enter. To enter the competition, you must sign up on our website with a valid email address. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. The competition runs weekly, starting at 00:00 on Monday and ending at 23:59 on Sunday. Entries received outside this period will not be considered. Each week, one winner will receive a R5000 Petworld voucher. The voucher is valid for use on the Petworld website and in-store. It cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The winner will be notified via email within three days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within seven days of notification, Petworld reserves the right to select an alternative winner. By entering the competition, you agree to participate in any publicity related to the draw. This includes allowing Petworld to use your name and likeness in promotional material without additional compensation. Any personal data collected during the competition will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting you regarding your entry. Petworld reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions or engages in any unlawful or improper conduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the competition. Petworld shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant or winner as a result of participating in the competition or accepting the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Petworld reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable. This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
